| 摘 要： | 目的掌握福建省内与跨省流动人口肺结核患者实施跨区域管理的治疗管理效果,为跨区域流动人口肺结核有效管理模式的建立及防控策略的制定提供一定的参考。方法从结核病管理信息专报系统导出2009年实施跨区域管理模式下流动人口肺结核患者的信息,运用统计分析软件SPSS13.0进行分析。结果 2009年福建省内转省内的到位率高达92.0%,平均反馈时间为5d,代管患者治疗成功率为84.2%;省内转省外的到位率为61.9%,平均反馈时间为42d;省外转省内的到位率为76.4%,治疗成功率为68.3%。省内跨区域流动人口肺结核患者以代管为主,跨省患者以重新登记为主。结论福建省跨区域流动人口肺结核患者治疗管理取得了一定成果。跨省管治的程序和评价机制应该进一步完善。
