| 摘 要： | 目的了解重症监护病房（ICU）的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药谱特征及菌株同源性,为临床防治和控制院内感染提供依据。方法收集ICU重症监护病房2009年1～3月分离出的9株鲍曼不动杆菌,研究其耐药情况,并采用自动ribotyping技术进行同源性分析。结果 9株菌对头孢菌素类,氨基甙类等抗菌素均显示出较高水平的耐药性;ribotyping分型9株菌有高度同源性,其中7株同源性达90%以上。结论自ICU分离的鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药率较高,且大多数菌株有高度同源性,因此,医院应加强ICU病房消毒隔离措施,降低病人院内感染的概率
