| 摘 要： | 目的分析深圳市女性不孕症相关因素及病因状况,为防治提供依据。方法对2009年7月～2010年12月在我院生殖中心就诊的731例女性不孕病例的病史和诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果宫颈UU/MH感染、盆腔炎、输卵管病变及排卵障碍是导致的女性不孕主要危险因素;原发性不孕的主要病因是排卵障碍、内分泌因素及宫颈UU/MH感染,继发性不孕主要病因是宫颈UU/MH感染、输卵管病变及盆腔炎;盆腔炎、输卵管病变、排卵障碍三大因素占UU/MH感染总数83.24%;相关因素中,性和生殖健康知识缺乏、吸烟及常喝酒占比例小于5%。结论加强宫颈UU/MH感染、输卵管病变、盆腔炎及排卵障碍疾病的预防是降低女性不孕的重要措施。
