| 摘 要： | 目的探讨江门市荨麻疹患者血清总IgE及常见过敏原特异性IgE的分布。方法采用欧蒙印迹法对162例荨麻疹患者进行血清体外检测。结果 162例患者中154例总IgE阳性,男、女患者阳性率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,其中特异性IgE阳性率最高的为屋尘,其次为动物毛发组合。结论过敏原总IgE血清体外检测阳性率高,常见过敏原的检出为慢性荨麻疹患者的诊治提供一定帮助。
