| 摘 要： | 目的了解2010年4月-2011年4月吉林市某医院898例泌尿生殖道感染患者进行解脲脲原体（Uu）和人型支原体（Mh）实验室检测结果进行分析,了解其感染状况及耐药性。方法解脲脲原体（Uu）和人型支原体（Mh）的分离鉴定、半定量计数和抗生素的药物敏感性试验。结果对来自898例患者的标本进行Uu和Mh体外培养,共检出阳性标本397例,阳性检出率为44.21%（397/898）。在阳性标本中,男性占18.14%（72/397）,女性占81.86%（325/397）,女性高于男性。其中,Uu单项感染占74.81%（297/397）,Mh单项感染占3.52%（14/397）,Uu和Mh混合感染占21.67%（86/397）,即Uu〉Uu＋Mh〉Mh。在这三种类型感染中,女性感染的Uu、Mh及Uu＋Mh均大于男性,Uu＋Mh混合感染大有增加趋势。支原体感染的年龄段21-40岁居首位。药敏结果,397例支原体（Uu、Mh、Uu＋Mh）均对强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素较敏感,对罗红霉素、氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素耐药率高,但与各地报告的结果也有差别。结论泌尿生殖道支原体感染以Uu感染为主,大部分细菌都产生耐药性,混合性感染的耐药更加严重。
