慢性乙肝患者HBeAg、PreS1-Ag与HBV-DNA的相关性

目的分析慢性乙型肝炎患者HBeAg、PreS1-Ag与HBV-DNA的相关性,探讨PreS1-Ag检测在监测慢性乙型肝炎患者病毒复制中的临床意义。方法 170例慢性乙型肝炎患者均采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测HBV-M及PreS1-Ag,实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应（FQ-PCR）检测HBV-DNA。结果 170例慢性乙型肝炎患者中HBeAg阳性率为24.1%（41/170）,PreS1-Ag阳性率为61.7%（105/170）,两者阳性率具有显著的统计学差异（χ2=39.38,P〈0.005）,110例＂小三阳＂患者中PreS1-Ag阳性率达58.2%（64/110）。结论 PreS1-Ag与HBV-DNA的相关性明显优于HBeAg,是慢乙肝患者病毒复制的良好监测指标。

The correlation of HBeAg,PreS1-Ag with HBV-DNA in chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective To investigate the clinical significance and correlation of HBV PreS1-Ag,HBeAg,PreS1-Ag with HBV-DNA in the chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods HBV-M,PreS1-Ag of the 170 chronic hepatitis B patients were detected by ELISA and HBV-DNA by fluorescence quanitation polymerase chain reaction（FQ-PCR）.Results In the 170 chronic hepatitis B patients,the PreS1-Ag positive rate was 61.7%（105/170）and the HBeAg positive rate was 24.1%（41/170）.There was significantly different between PreS1-Ag and HBeAg（χ2=39.38,P0.005）.In the 110 patients with HBsAg（＋）,anti-HBe（＋） and anti-HBc（＋）,the PreS1-Ag positive rate was 58.2%（110/138）.Conclusions PreS1-Ag was a good marker superior to HBeAg in reflecting the reprication of HBV,it might be very important for treatment of the chronic hepatitis B patients.
