2007～2010年烟台市手足口病季节性分布研究

目的探讨手足口病的季节性分布规律,为制定手足口病的防控策略提供可靠依据。方法应用集中度及圆形分布法,对烟台市2007～2010年手足口病疫情统计报表资料进行分析。结果烟台市2007～2010年手足口病疫情整体呈逐年上升趋势,季节性分布的M值为0.6528,r值为0.6528（P〈0.01）,发病高峰日为6月17日,95%流行期为3月4日到当年的10月1日。结论烟台市手足口病发病具有较强的季节性,相关卫生部门应有针对性地在春季做好准备工作,在夏季及时发现与隔离治疗病例,控制疾病的流行,降低手足口病的发病水平。

Analysis of seasonal distribution of hand-foot-mouth disease in Yantai City from 2007 to 2010

Objective To study the seasonal features of hand-foot-mouth disease so as to provide evidences for making controlling strategies in the future.Methods The seasonal distribution of hand-foot-mouth disease in 2007～2010 in Yantai was analyzed by using centralization and circular distribution.Results From 2007 to 2010 hand-foot-mouth disease in Yantai showed an ascending trend with the M value of seasonal distribution of 0.6528,and the coefficient was 0.6528（P0.01）.The incidence peak was on July 17,and 95% of the infections were from March to October.Conclusion The incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease in Yantai showed a relatively strong seasonal feature and the infections be diagnosed at early stage and segregated and treated for controlling the prevalence of the disease.
