| 摘 要： | 目的观察参麦注射液佐治慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者112例,随机分为两组,治疗组56例,对照组56例。两组均给予休息,低盐低脂饮食,间断低流量吸氧,抗感染,改善肺通气,强心利尿等综合治疗,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上给予参麦注射液60ml每日一次缓慢静注,疗程15d。观察两组疗效及心功能改善情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率为89.29%,对照组为75.00%,治疗组优于对照组,两组临床总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组心功能改善率为89.29%,对照组为73.21%,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论参麦注射液佐治慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭疗效显著。
