45例极低出生体重儿常见并发症的临床观察

目的探讨极低出生体重儿常见并发症及防治方法。方法对2003年5月~2006年4月我科收治的45例极低出生体重儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果45例患儿中均存在一种以上并发症。25例治愈,10例好转,2例转院,5例放弃治疗自动出院,死亡3例,其中院内感染2例(合并肺炎、呼吸衰竭各1例),肺出血合并颅内出血1例。结论密切检测、积极预防治疗并发症的发生是提高极低出生体重儿的生活质量、降低院内感染及死亡率。

45 CASES OF VERY LOW BIRTH WEIGHT INFANTS AND COMPLICATIONS

Objective To explore the complications and preventive measures of very low birth weight infant(VLBWI).Methods Clinical data of 45 cases of VLBWI treated from May,2003 to April,2006 were retrospectively and lyzed.Results More than one complications occurred in the 45 cases.25 cases recovered.10 got improved.2 were transferred to other hospital.5 gave up treatment.3 cases died.2 cases got infection in hospital,of which on case got pneumonia and the other case got pulmonary failure.Pneumorrhagia and intracranial hemorrhage occurred in one case.Conclusion Cloze examination and active prevention can effectively improve the VLBWI'S quality of life and reduce infections in hospital and death rate.
