2004年大连市部分餐饮从业人员3种衣原体病原的血清抗体调查

[目的]了解大连市部分人群肺炎衣原体、沙眼衣原体和鹦鹉热衣原体感染情况。[方法］2004年采用免疫荧光（IFA）方法进行肺炎衣原体、沙眼衣原体、鹦鹉热衣原体抗体检测。[结果]肺炎衣原体、沙眼衣原体和鹦鹉热衣原体IgA的阳性率分别为51．69％（46／89）、20．22％（18／89）、3．37％（3／89）；肺炎衣原体、沙眼衣原体IgA阳性率在性别和年龄分布上差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。[结论]研究对象不同程度地存在3种衣原体的感染。

A Survey on Antibody Level of Chlamydia among Attendants in Dalian City in 2004

[Objective] To provide basic data for prevention and control of Chlamydia infection by investigating infection of Chlamydia pneumonia(Cpn),Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct)and Chlamydia psittacosis(Cps)among attendants in 2004.[Methods]IgA and IgM(Chlamydia pneumonia,Chlamydia trachomatis and Chlamydia psittaci)were measured by IFA.[Results]Infection of Chlamydia were detected:Chlamydia pneumonia(IgA 51.69%),Chlamydia trachomatis(IgA 20.22%),Chlamydia psittacosis(IgA 3.37%).There was no difference of the gender and age distribution of IgA positive ratio(Chlamydia pneumonia,Chlamydia trachomatis and Chlamydia psittaci)in the examined target attendants(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Infections of Chlamydia are frequently encountered among the target attendants.The chronic infection of Chlamydia pneumonia should be paid more attention.
