| 摘 要： | 目的：观察玻璃体切割术治疗玻璃体积血的效果。方法：应用玻璃体切割术治疗玻璃体积血49例（49眼）,其中眼外伤25例（25眼）,糖尿病性视网膜病变9例（9眼）,视网膜中央静脉阻塞11例（11眼）,孔源性视网膜脱离2例（2眼）,视网膜静脉周围炎1例（1眼）,老年性黄斑变性1例（1眼）,49例患者均行经睫状体平坦部闭合式巩膜三通道玻璃体切割术。其中22眼联合视网膜光凝术,5眼联合硅油填充术,6眼行C3F8注气术,7眼联合巩膜外环扎术。结果：术后随访6个月以上,除1例因再次发生视网膜脱离,患者视力无明显提高外,其余48例术后视力均较术前明显提高。6个月后复查视力0.1以上37例占75.5%。结论：玻璃体切割术是治疗玻璃体积血安全、有效的方法。
