微波热凝筛前神经结合用鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎

目的 :探讨提高变应性鼻炎疗效的方法。方法 :应用鼻内窥镜下微波热凝筛前神经 ,结合用鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎 98例 ,随访 1a总有效率为 96 %。结果 :此方法对打喷嚏、水样鼻涕为主要症状的患者有明显效果。结论 :鼻内窥镜下微波热凝筛前神经结合用鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎具有视野清、操作简便、疗效持久等优点 ,值得临床应用。

Microwave treatment ofothmoidal nerve with the Rhinitis Table in the patients with allergic rhinitis

Objective:To study the effect of treatment of ethmoidal nerve on allergic rhinitis.Methods:98 cases of allergic rhinitis patients were treated with ethmoidal nerve microwave under nasal endoscope with the Rhinitis Table.Results:It showed marked effect for the patients who have outstanding symptoms in sneeze and watery rhinorrhea in one year follow-up.The overall effective rate was 96 %.Conclusion:This result indicated that the microwave tissue coagulation with the Rhinitis Table in treating allergic rhinitis under nasal endoscope is a good method for clinical treatment,which have clear field of vision and conveniene of use and lasting effection.
