Analysis on clinical features of 10 patients with corona virus disease 2019

Objective To analyze the clinical features of 10 patients with corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19),and to provide important evidence for the early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods The COVID-19 patients admitted in our Hospital from January to March 2020 were collected.The medical records,laboratory and supplementary examination results of the cases were analyzed.Results All the patients of COVID-19 confirmed case developed fever symptoms,and 9 cases of cough (90%),6 cases of sputum (60%),6 cases of sore throat (60%),5cases of chills (50%),and 6 cases of generalized myalgia (60%).In the patients with corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19),Routine blood test revealed WBC<4.0×10;/L in 1 patient,(4-10)×10;/L in 9 patients.During the disease.Lymphocyte count<1.0×10;/L occurred in 2 patients.C-reactive protein (CRP)>10 mg/L occurred in 6 patients.The average course time of nucleic acid positive for the first time in 10 patients was (4.0±3.1) d.Nucleic acid was negative in 1 patient on the 6th,8th and 10th day of the disease,and the fourth positive nucleic acid test was confirmed on the 11th day.Chest CT mainly showed multiple patchy,ground glass and interstitial changes.According to imaging examination,4 patients showed unilateral pneumonia and 6 patients showed bilateral pneumonia,3 patients showed bilateral multiple mottling and ground-glass opacity.Conclusion The main symptoms of the patients with COVID-19 positive are fever and cough,and the main symptoms are low fever.Imaging findings are of great value in the diagnosis of diseases.The positive rate of nucleic acid detection is the highest within 7 days of the course of disease,particular attentions should beput to the patients with high coincidence of clinical characteristics and repeated negative nucleic acid detection,avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
