生血宝合剂联合蔗糖铁治疗对肾性贫血患者铁代谢及营养状态的影响

目的探讨生血宝合剂联合蔗糖铁治疗对肾性贫血患者铁代谢及营养状态的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月于本院接受治疗的85例肾性贫血患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=43)。对照组采用常规治疗+蔗糖铁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合生血宝合剂治疗,比较两组治疗前后铁代谢指标及营养状态。结果治疗后,两组转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生血宝合剂联合蔗糖铁治疗肾性贫血患者可有效改善其铁代谢指标及营养状态,值得临床推广。

Effect of Shengxuebao mixture combined with iron sucrose treatmeat on iron metabolism and nutritional status in patients with renal anemia

Objective To investigate the effect of Shengxuebao mixture combined with iron sucrose treatment on iron metabolism and nutritional status in patients with renal anemia. Methods A total of 85 patients with renal anemia who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subject, and they were divided into the control group(n=42) and the observation group(n=43) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional treatment + iron sucrose treatment, and the observation group was treated with Shengxuebao mixture on the basis of the control group.The iron metabolism indexes and nutritional status between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the transferrin saturation(TSAT) and serum ferritin(SF) levels in the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the red blood cell count(RBC) and hemoglobin(Hb) levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Shengxuebao mixture combined with sucrose iron can effectively improve the iron metabolism index and nutritional status of patients with renal anemia.
