Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of continuous renal replacement therapy on elderly chronic renal dysfunction combined with multiple organ dysfunction. Methods The clinical data of 93 elderly patients with chronic renal dysfunction and multiple organ dysfunction from March 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into group A(n=45) and group B(n=48) according to different treatment methods, group A was treated with intermittent hemodialysis, and group B was treated with continuous renal replacement therapy. The levels of hemodynamic heart rate(HR), mean arterial pressure(MAP) and cardiac index(CI)], renal function creatinine(SCr), urea nitrogen(BUN)] were compared between the two group. Results After treatment, HR levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, while MAP and CI levels were higher than those before treatment, and HR levels in the group B was lower than that in the group A, while MAP and CI levels were higher than those in the group A, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of SCr and BUN in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and group B was lower than group A, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous renal replacement therapy treats elderly chronic renal dysfunction with multiple organ dysfunction has significant effect, which can effectively stabilize the hemodynamic body, improve renal function and relieve the condition.
