Pathological diagnosis of 478 cases of percutaneous lung biopsy

Objective To analyze the clinical value of pathological diagnosis of percutaneous lung biopsy.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 478 CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy were collected in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The problems encountered in pathological diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results A total of 478 biopsies were diagnosed in 357 cases,accounting for 74.69%.Of the 357 patients with definite diagnosis,61 were benign,accounting for 17.09%,including tuberculosis,pulmonary aspergillosis,pneumoconiosis,chronic inflammation,inflammatory pseudotumor and lung cystic lesions,sclerosing hemangioma;296 cases of malignant lesions,accounting for 82.91%,mainly including primary lung cancer,metastatic cancer,malignant mesothelioma;478 patients with 85 complications,the incidence rate of 17.78%.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy has high diagnostic accuracy and few complications.It can provide a pathological basis for clinical differentiation of benign and malignant lung lesions and targeted treatment.However,due to the limitations of tissue materials,clinical history,imaging data,and immunohistochemical markers must be closely combined in pathological diagnosis to improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis.
