曲普瑞林治疗学龄期特发性中枢性性早熟患儿的临床疗效

目的探讨曲普瑞林在学龄期特发性中枢性性早熟患儿中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年2月至2019年4月经药物治疗的90例学龄期特发性中枢性性早熟患儿,根据盲抽法分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予曲普瑞林治疗,比较两组治疗后身高、体质量、糖脂水平。结果治疗12个月后,两组身高、体质量、BA、BMI均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后,两组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义。治疗12个月后,两组FBG、FINS水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义。结论曲普瑞林可控制特发性中枢性性早熟患儿骨龄成长速度及糖脂水平,不良反应较小,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of triptorelin in the treatment of school-aged children with idiopathic central precocious puberty

Objective To explore the effect of triptorelin in school-age children with idiopathic central precocious puberty. Methods 90 children with idiopathic central precocious puberty who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected, and they were divided into two groups according to the blind sampling method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group was given triptorelin on the basis of the control group. The height, weight and glycolipid levels between the two groups were compared after treatment. Results After 12 months of treatment, the height, weight, BA, and BMI in the two groups were all higher than before treatment, and the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). After 12 months of treatment, there was no statistical significant difference in the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C of the two groups compared with before treatment. After 12 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of FBG and FINS of the two groups compared with before treatment. Conclusion Triptorelin can control the growth rate of bone age and the level of glycolipids in children with idiopathic central precocious puberty, and the adverse reactions are slightly, which is worthy of clinical application.
