臂式电子血压计与多参数监护仪测量血压差异性研究

摘    要:目的明确臂式电子血压计与多参数监护仪在测量血压方面的差异,为临床观察及使用提供依据。方法利用Fluke生命体征模拟器模拟5种不同情况下患者的血压值(收缩压/舒张压),再使用臂式电子血压计和多参数监护仪两种常规血压测量仪进行测量,从准确度和可重复性两方面分析仪器测量的差异性。结果血压测量误差的均值和极值统计结果表明,臂式电子血压计与多参数监护仪测量误差在±5 mmHg以内,符合无创血压检测仪器的使用标准。测量低血压时,臂式电子血压计的平均测量误差随着测量次数的增加而增大。多参数监护仪则在个别次测量中会出现较大误差,而多参数监护仪则没有明显的变化。统计学分析结果表明,多参数监护仪在可重复性方面要优于臂式电子血压计。结论电子血压计具有操作简单,外观轻巧,携带方便等优点,适合一般家庭日常使用或者在外出旅行时携带使用;监护仪测量血压稳定性高,适合在临床上对患者的生命体征进行长期监控。

Abstract:Objective To clarify the difference between arm electronic sphygmomanometer and Multi-parameter monitor measuring blood pressure, and to provide the basis for clinical observation and use. Methods The Fluke vital signs simulator was used to simulate the blood pressure values(systolic/diastolic pressure) of patients in 5 different situations, and the difference in instrument measurements was analyzed from both accuracy and repeatability using two conventional blood pressure gauges, an arm electronic sphygmomanometer and a multi-parameter monitor. Results The mean and extreme statistical results of blood pressure measurement error show that the measurement error of arm electronic sphygmomanometer and multi-parameter monitor is within ±5 mmHg, which conforms to the standard of noninvasive blood pressure detection instrument. When low blood pressure is measured, the average measurement error of the arm electronic sphygmomanometer increases with the number of measurements. Multiparameter monitors have large errors in individual measurements, while multiparameter monitors have no significant changes. Statistical analysis shows that multiparameter monitors are superior to arm electronic sphygmomanometer in terms of repeatability. Conclusion Electronic blood pressure meter is simple to operate, light appearance, easy to carry and other advantages, suitable for the general family daily use or when traveling with the use. Monitors measure high blood pressure stability and are suitable for long-term monitoring of patient vital signs clinically.
