Clinical efficacy and safety of Weisu granule combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets in the treatment of chronic gastritis

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Weisu granule combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods 128 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets,and the study group was treated with Weisu granule combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets,the gastric mucosal functiongastrin(GAS),pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)],clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions(dizziness,rash,constipation,diarrhea,renal function injury),inflammatory factorsInterleukin-32(IL-32),procalcitonin(PCT)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)]were compared between the two groups.Results The gastric mucosal functiongastrin(GAS),pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)]in the study group were better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factorsInterleukin-32(IL-32),procalcitonin(PCT)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)]in the study group.were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Weisu granule and rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis,which can greatly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the level of inflammatory factors and gastric mucosal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
