Effects of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with alteplase on blood gas indexes and adverse reactions in patients with acute pulmonary embolism

Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with alteplase on blood gas indexes and adverse reactions in patients with acute pulmonary embolism.Methods 93 patients with acute pulmonary embolism admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Random numbers of the selected patients were 1-93,47 odd patients were included in the control group,and 46 even patients were included in the observation group.The control group was treated with alteplase,and the observation group added low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment on the basis of the control group.The blood gas indicators and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,PaO;and PaCO;in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and P(A-a)O;in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The combination of low molecular weight heparin calcium and alteplase is better than the treatment with alteplase alone,and it is more conducive to improving the blood gas index of patients.It can improve the treatment effect and have higher safety.
