末节断指再植中不缩短指骨行显微外科手术治疗的价值分析

目的探讨采用不缩短指骨显微外科手术治疗末节断指再植患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月至2020年3月本院收治的70例末节断指再植患者,根据治疗方法分为两组,各35例。观察组采用显微外科手术开展不缩短指骨治疗,对照组采用常规残端修整术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、VAS疼痛评分、生活质量评分、断指关节功能评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术优良率(91.43%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,生活质量评分及断指关节功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论不缩短指骨显微外科手术效果显著,能增强手术治疗效果,改善指关节功能,缓解疼痛,是一种安全有效的手术治疗方法。

Analysis of the value of microsurgery for replantation of severed distal finger without shortening the phalanx

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgery without shortening phalanx in the treatment of replantation of severed distal fingers. Methods 70 patients with severed distal finger replantation treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2020 were selected and they were divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with microsurgery without shortening the phalanges, and the control group was treated with conventional stump repair. The clinical efficacy, VAS pain score, quality of life score and severed finger joint function score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of operation in the observation group(91.43%) was higher than the control group(71.43%), the difference was significant(P<0.05). After treatment, VAS pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the scores of quality of life and function of severed finger joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups. Conclusion Microsurgery without shortening the phalanx has significant effect. It can improve the effect of surgical treatment and the function of finger joint and relieve pain. It is safe and effective surgical treatment.
