Abstract:Objective To explore the predictive value of lipoactive factors in coronary atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 120 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected. According to the retrospective analysis method, patients with confirmed coronary artery disease(CHD) coronary atherosclerosis were selected as the observation group, and other patients were selected as the control group. The lipoactive-factor(visfatin, adiponectin, PAI-1 and TNF-α) and Gensini score in the medical records were compared between the two groups. Results The Gensini score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);visfatin, adiponectin, PAI-1 and TNF-α in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Lipoactive-factor has significant predictive value for coronary atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease. The higher the level of lipoactive-factor, the more severe the degree of coronary atherosclerosis. Analysis of adipoactivefactor levels in patients with suspected coronary heart disease is helpful for early detection and evaluation of coronary artery disease atherosclerosis,and can be included in the diagnosis and treatment of patients as a major auxiliary diagnostic method.
