腹腔镜阑尾切除术117例临床分析

目的:总结腹腔镜阑尾切除术的经验。方法:为117例4～67岁的患者行腹腔镜阑尾切除术,其中妊娠2.5～4个月患急性阑尾炎的孕妇5例,60～67岁的老年患者4例,4～12岁的患儿11例。结果:114例成功完成腹腔镜阑尾切除术,3例中转开腹手术。1例同时发现卵巢囊肿扭转,在镜下做了处理。手术25～72min,术后平均25.6h胃肠功能恢复,住院平均3.5d。结论:腹腔镜阑尾切除术优于开腹阑尾切除术,对孕妇、老年人、小儿等特殊病例,更能体现其优点,但需严格掌握适应证。

Laparoscopic appendectomy with an analysis of 117 cases

Objective: To summarize the experience of laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods: 117 cases aged 4-67 years were performed laparoscopic appendectomy. There were some special cases, including women with pregnancy of 2.5-4 months(n= 5) ;aged 60-67 years( n =4);in 4-12 years(n=11) .Results: 114 cases were performed laparoscopic appendectomy successfully. 3 cases were changed to laparotomy. 1 case with ovary cyst torsion was found and treated by laparoscopy. The time for operation was 25-72min. The average time that gastrointestinal function recovered was 25.6h.The average hospitalization was 3.5d.Conclusions:Laparoscopic appendectomy is effective and suprior to.laparo-tomy,especially when used on pregnancy,old and young,but the indications must be grasped.
