| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效.方法：治疗组136例在常规西医治疗（能量合剂、维生素、对症支持疗法）的基础上中医辨证分型治疗病毒性心肌炎136例,对照组100例单用西药治疗.15天1个疗程,连用2个疗程.结果：治疗组显效118例,好转14例,无效4例,总有效率为97.06%;对照组显效50例,好转36例,无效14例,总有效率为86.00%.两组比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）.结论：中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效肯定.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of combined WM and TCM in treating viral myocarditis. Method: 136 cases of viral myocarditis were treated with combined routine western medicine ( energy mixture, vitamins and expectant supporting treatment ) and traditional Chinese differentiation and treatment. And the control group was treated with WM alone. The two groups were treated for 30 days. Results: In the treatment group, 118 cases significantly effective, 14 cases turned better, 4 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.06%. In the control group, 50 cases significantly effective, 36 cases turned better, 14 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.00%. The difference between the two groups was notable (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined WM and TCM has definite therapeutic effect in treating viral myocarditis. |
