扁桃体周围脓肿后扁桃体切除手术时机的选择

目的：观察患者扁桃体周围脓肿后施行扁桃体切除手术的最佳时机。方法：将128例成年患者分成3组。A组：74例，为非扁桃体周围脓肿的扁桃体切除术患者，B组：33例，为扁桃体周围脓肿经切开排脓或穿刺抽脓及抗炎治疗5－7d后行扁桃体切除术患者；C组：21例，为经抗炎等保守治疗症状缓解1个月后行扁桃体切除术患者。结果：经统计学分析，B组与A组在粘连程度、出血量、术后反应三个方面相比差异无显著性（P＞0．05）；C组病例粘连程度、出血量较B组明显增加，差异有显著性（P＜0．05），而术后反应B组与C组差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论：扁桃体周围脓肿后行扁桃体切除术的最佳时机是切开排脓后5－7d。

The Choice of the Right Time for Tonsillectomy after Peritonsillar Abscess

Objective: To explore the choice of the right time for tonsillectomy after developing peritonsillar abscess. Methods: 128 adult patients were divided into three groups, i.e. Group A consisting of 74 patients were not peritonsillar abscess cases before tonsillectomy. Group B having 33 patients were cases of tonsillectomy after peritonsillar abscess incision or puncture. Group C with 21 patients were cases of tonsillectomy one month after relief of symptoms through antibiotic treatment. Results: Statistical analysis revealed that no significant difference could be seen in conglutination, amount of bleeding and post operation responses (P>0.05) between Group B and Group A. Conglutination and amount of bleeding of Group C increased more markedly than those of Group B (P<0.05). No obvious difference in post operation responses could be seen between Group B and Group C (P>0.05). Conclusion: The most ideal time of tonsillectomy is five to seven days after peritonsillar abscess.
