胰腺癌姑息治疗的现状与选择

对于胰腺癌患者首先应进行准确、全面的可切除性评估，从而选择合理、有效的治疗方法。根治性手术切除仍是目前唯一有望治愈胰腺痈的治疗方法。对于考虑可以手术切除的，应积极手术治疗。对于不适合手术切除的患者，应针对患者梗阻性黄疸、胃输出道（十二指肠）梗阻和疼痛等临床症状，积极采取合理、有效的姑息治疗方法，以期望改善生活质量，有效预防或减轻患者疼痛和相关临床症状。

Current and choice on valid alleviative treatment for pancreatic carcinoma

Every pancreatic cancer patient should be made an accurate and allround resectable evaluation, then received reasonable and effective therapy. Radical surgery is still a hoping curative method for pancreatic cancer. With regard to considered resectable patients, should be performed operation as soon as possible. On the contrary, for those unresectable patients, should be positively accepted valid alleviative treatments for obstructive jaundice, gastric： outlet obstruction and pain, in order to prevent and palliate correlated clinical symptom, and to improve quality of life.
