| 摘 要： | 本文报道采用凝血酶明胶海绵加灭滴灵预防拔牙术后出血、干槽症等并发症。随机分实验组及对照组，观察疗效采用双盲法。结果证实实验组拔牙术后出血、干槽症等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组。认为采用凝血酶明胶海绵及灭滴灵预防拔牙术后并发症疗效稳定，方法简单易行。

| Abstract: | The use of thrombin-gelatin sponge combined with metronidazole to prevent the complications including hemorrhage,dry socket after the extraction of teeth was reported.All subjects were divided randomly into two groups:experimental and control.The results was assessed in doubled-blind way,and demonstrated that the incidence rate of complications was lower in experimental group when comparing to control group.The difference was statistically significant.It was suggested that the use of thrombin-gelatin sponge combined with metronidazole can provide a stable effect in a simple way to prevent the complications after extraction of teeth. |
