| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p57kip2蛋白在贲门癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测60例贲门癌和20例正常贲门组织(对照组)中p57kip2的表达情况,分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果贲门癌组织中p57kip2蛋白表达率为43.4%(26/60),明显低于正常贲门黏膜中的表达率90%(18/20)(P<0.01);p57kip2的表达在不同临床分期及不同分化程度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在有无淋巴结转移上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 p57kip2参与贲门癌的发生、发展,可作为判定贲门癌恶性程度的重要生物学指标,可能在贲门癌的侵袭和转移过程中起重要作用。
