| 摘 要： | 目的:观察酪酸梭菌联合消旋卡多曲治疗儿童急性水样性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将116例腹泻患儿分为两组,每组58例,在调整饮食、液体疗法等综合治疗的基础上,治疗组使用酪酸梭菌联合消旋卡多曲,对照组使用酪酸梭菌联合蒙脱石散,观察比较两组病人的腹泻次数、呕吐和发热缓解情况。结果:治疗24、48、72h治疗组和对照组病人腹泻分别为(6.62±2.31)和(8.32±2.92)次/d(P<0.01)、(3.27±1.25)和(4.82±2.04)次/d(P<0.01)、(1.59±0.76)和(1.86±0.99)次/d(P>0.05),止吐和退热时间分别在用药后(17.52±9.86)和(29.75±13.82)h(P<0.01)、(1.22±0.65)和(1.35±0.97)h(P>0.05)。结论:对比酪酸梭菌联合蒙脱石散,酪酸梭菌联合消旋卡多曲治疗儿童急性水样性腹泻更能缓解前期的腹泻和呕吐症状,但不能更有效地缩短病程,在改善发热方面无优势。
