摘    要:目的:观察巩膜瓣可调整缝线联合前房注气术在原发性闭角型青光眼小梁切除术中的应用效果。方法:选择我院64例87眼原发性闭角型青光眼患者,根据房角检查须行滤过手术者,将其随机分为单纯小梁切除术组(对照组)31例43眼,巩膜瓣可调整缝线联合前房注气+小梁切除术组(观察组)33例44眼,比较两组术后1周低眼压和浅前房发生率,最佳矫正视力;术后3个月视野和晶体混浊程度;术后12个月眼压和滤过泡形态。结果:两组术后1周低眼压和浅前房发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月视野和晶体混浊程度较术前无进展征象;两组术后1周最佳矫正视力,术后12个月眼压和滤过泡形态比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:巩膜瓣可调整缝线联合前房注气术在原发性闭角型青光眼小梁切除术中应用简单有效、经济安全。
