| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨N0期患者癌症复发、转移后的相关生存预后因素。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年8月～2007年8月新诊断复发、转移符合条件的67例N0期食管鳞癌术后患者,根据患者的临床病理特征、治疗方式,分析与生存相关的临床因素。结果:复发后1年生存率为31.34%,2年生存率为10.45%,3年生存率为7.50%。局部复发手术切除后患者预后较好,而淋巴结转移患者居次,脏器转移预后最差。淋巴结转移患者运用同步化放疗效果较好,脏器转移患者化疗效果一般。复发类型是影响患者的独立预后因素。结论:N0期食管鳞癌术后复发生存较差,特别是在独立预后因子远处器官转移的患者。同步化放疗可能有利于提高淋巴结转移患者的术后复发生存时间,而对于脏器转移的患者支持治疗是可选的。
