| 摘 要： | 目的探讨嗜碱粒细胞在变应性鼻炎患者外周血中数量及活化率的变化及其临床意义。方法以化学诱导趋向性受体单抗作为特异性的荧光标记,采用三色免疫荧光标记流式细胞术对20例急性发作期变应性鼻炎患者(急性组)、20例反复发作变应性鼻炎患者(慢性组)及30例健康者(对照组)的外周血嗜碱粒细胞及其活化率进行定量检测。结果慢性组外周血化学诱导趋向性受体及嗜碱粒细胞高于急性组(P<0.01)和对照组(P<0.05),对照组高于急性组(P<0.01)。慢性组与急性组嗜碱粒细胞活化率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论嗜碱粒细胞活化是导致变应性鼻炎症状出现的主要因素之一。慢性期患者嗜碱粒细胞的持续增高和活化可能与变应性鼻炎反复发作有关。
