| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理干预对胸心外科手术患者术后焦虑的影响。方法:54例胸心外科择期手术患者随机分为两组:常规护理组(27例)给予常规护理及访视;心理护理组(27例)在常规护理的基础上给予有针对性的心理护理,包括建立干预基础、认知干预、情绪干预、行为干预和家庭与社会支持,必要时请心理咨询师辅导,比较两组术后清醒和术后15 d的焦虑(分)值、血压及心率变化。结果:焦虑(分)值:术后清醒两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后15 d心理护理组明显低于常规护理组(P<0.01)。收缩压、舒张压及心率:术后清醒两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后15 d心理护理组明显低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理可有效缓解胸心外科手术患者术后焦虑,有助于患者身心健康的恢复,值得在临床护理中推荐。
