| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨局部封闭联合大黄、芒硝外敷防治妇科术后切口脂肪液化的临床疗效。方法:选择110例接受妇科手术后切口出现脂肪液化的患者,观察组和对照组各55例,观察组进行局部封闭联合大黄、芒硝外敷和或加微波治疗,对照组仅选择大黄、芒硝外敷和或微波治疗,比较两者治疗效果。结果:观察组:治愈46例,有效7例,甲级愈合共计53例(96.36%),无效2例(3.60%),切口裂开行Ⅱ期缝合;对照组:治愈35例,有效9例,甲级愈合共计44例(80.00%),无效11例(20.00%),切口裂开行Ⅱ期缝合。结论:局部封闭联合大黄、芒硝外敷防治妇科术后脂肪液化疗效显著,可促进切口愈合,减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。
