| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的37例GIST患者的临床资料，分析其临床表现、术前诊断、治疗方法及手术疗效等。结果：37例手术患者无1例死亡，术后恢复良好，除3例出现短暂术后肠麻痹外，未出现严重手术并发症。37例均进行了随访，随访时间3～37个月，平均18.2个月，随访2年...

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST).Methods: Clinical data of 37 cases with GIST were retrospectively analyzed,including clinical presentation,preoperative diagnosis,treatment and surgery.Results: No death occurred,and all patients had good recovery after surgery.No severe complication occurred except 3 cases with temporary enteroparalysis.The follow-up for 3-37 months,averaged 18.2 months showed 14 cases were followed up for longer than 2 years,3 cases ... |
