| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨机械通气难置胃管患者采用加强钢丝型气管导管引导置入胃管的效果。方法:将250例机械通气难置胃管患者随机分为观察组和对照组各125例,对照组患者在鼻肠管钢丝引导下插入胃管,观察组采用加强钢丝型气管导管引导下置入胃管,观察并比较两组患者1次插管成功率、插管所需时间及插管过程中恶心、呕吐、呛咳、鼻咽黏膜出血等不良反应发生率。结果:观察组插管1次成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),插管所需的时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),插管过程中两组患者恶心、呕吐、呛咳、鼻咽黏膜出血等不良反应比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对机械通气难置胃管的患者采用加强钢丝型气管导管引导插入胃管,可显著提高插管成功率,缩短插管时间,且不良反应少。
