| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical features,diagnosis,and treatment of viral encephalitis.Methods: Clinical data of 71 patients with viral encephalitis admitted from January 2000 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divide two groups: observation group(36 cases) and control group(36 cases).Patients in observation group were treated by intravenous dripping of ganciclovir 10 mg/kg,one time per day;while patients in control group were treated by ribavirin 15 mg/kg,one time per day.... |
