| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高原地区Pilon骨折小切口有限内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法:对31例Pilon骨折患者采用小切口有限内固定治疗并获得随访。结果:按TaKaKura评分标准得出结果:优15例,良10例,差6例。优良率80.6%。骨折畸形愈合2例,向前、外侧成角,踝穴倾斜;骨折不愈合2例;2例ⅢA型开放性骨折,胫骨内侧皮瓣坏死,骨折延迟愈合;3例踝关节伸屈活动度未达到正常范围。4例发生踝关节创伤性关节炎。结论:小切口有限内固定治疗高原地区Pilon骨折是有效的临床方法。
