| 摘 要： | 目的:观察三子平喘汤治疗小儿外寒肺热型哮喘的疗效。方法:140例外寒肺热型哮喘患儿随机分为两组,观察组76例,给予口服三子平喘汤加减治疗;对照组64例,予西药常规抗炎、平喘治疗,治疗7 d,比较两组总有效率及喘鸣音、湿啰音消失时间和治愈天数。结果:观察组总有效率(98.6%)与对照组(96.9%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),喘鸣音、湿啰音平均消失时间及治愈时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三子平喘汤治疗小儿外寒肺热型哮喘疗效好、恢复快、不良反应少,无西药的副作用,值得临床推广。
