| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨用栓塞微粒PVA行选择性支气管动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血的治疗效果。方法 所有患者均采用改良Seldinger's法,经皮股动脉穿刺置入5F动脉鞘管或4F眼镜蛇导管,选择适当栓塞材料PVA颗粒与造影剂混合后进行周围性栓塞畸形血管床和供养动脉,在透视监视下进行低压流控性推注,并做到间歇性重复栓塞。结果 所有病例治疗后...

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of PVA performing selective bronchiartery embolism in the serious hemoptysis securely and effectively.Method 16 patients with serious hemoptysis were treated with selective bronchial artery embolism,embolic materials was PVA granule.Results 14 cases were stanched immediately.2 cases had relapse,but the outrreat time and hoemorrhage quantity were decreased and the recurrence rate was low.Conclusion Selective bronchial artery embolism by using PVA can safely and effectively tr... |
