| 摘 要： | 目的:建立冬病夏治丸中淫羊藿苷的测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70);流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为270 nm;柱温为30 ℃.结果:线性范围:0.1526-1.526 μg,平均加样回收率为98.51%,RSD%为1.00%(n=6).结论:所建立的方...

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the summer to winter disease in pill barrenwort determination method).Methods: use HPLC,18 alkyl silane bonding silica gel for chromatographic column;Mobile phase for acetonitrile and water(30∶70);Velocity of 1.0 mL/min;Detected wavelength for 270 nm;The column temperature for 30 ℃.Results: good linear relationship between the average recovery of samples,with 98.51%,RSD % to 1.00%(n=6).Conclusion: the method is simple and easy and reliable,and can be used in winter for the quality of the pill summer disease control. |
