| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝肺综合征(HPS)的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法：回顾性分析自2009年1月份以来我院收治的肝硬化患者及符合诊断标准的肝肺综合征18例。结果：好转15例(83.3％)，死亡3例(16.7％)。结论：肝硬化合并HPS发生率高，临床上若出现杵状指、肝掌、蜘蛛痣、门静脉增宽及Childpugh C级的患者应引起注意...

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of hepatopulmonary syndrome(HPS).Methods: A retrospective analysis 18 cases of hepatopulmonary syndrome that admitted to our hospital since January 2009 was conducted.Results: Fifty cases showed improvements(83.3%),3 died(16.7%).Conclusions: The high incidence of hepatopulmonary syndrome complicated with HPS makes symptoms of clubbed fingers,liver palms,spider angioma,expanded portal vein and presence of Child-pugh C very dangous for patien... |
