| 摘 要： | 目的:研究抑制素A和抑制素B对卵巢早衰的诊断价值。方法:选取我院2010年1月～2011年1月妇产科门诊及病房卵巢早衰患者22例及卵巢功能正常的女性志愿者20例进行研究。检测42例研究对象的抑制素A、抑制素B、FSH及E2的水平。结果:在卵巢早衰组和正常组之间具有可比性的前提下发现:两组间INHAI、NHB、FSH以及E2的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中:对照组INHAI、NHB及FSH的水平比卵巢早衰组低,对照组E2的水平比卵巢早衰组高。抑制素单独及联合指标对于卵巢早衰均具有良好的诊断价值。结论:INHA和INHB对卵巢早衰具有一定的诊断价值,INHA/INHB的诊断价值最高。
