| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尿激酶动脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法：对照组31例急性脑梗死患者根据病情给予相应的对症治疗；观察组31例急性脑梗死患者起病至溶栓时间3～24 h(颈内动脉系统闭塞6h内，椎基底动脉系统闭塞24 h内)，在对症治疗基础上予尿激酶行动脉溶栓治疗，观察血管再通率，比较两组神经功能缺损程度评分及疗效。...
