多层螺旋CT血管造影在胰源性区域性门静脉高压症的诊断价值

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)在胰源性区域性门静脉高压症(PSPH)的诊断价值。方法:对50例胰源性区域门静脉高压症患者,检测其门静脉系统解剖显像和血流量,与彩色多谱勒超声诊断(CDUS)的结果进行比较。结果:MSCTA显示PV、SV及SMV的优良率分别为90%、86%、84%,CDUS显示PV、SV及SMV的优良率分别为70%、70%、70%,两者比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MSCTA、CDUS显示血流动力学参数经统计学分析具有正向相关性,且PV、SV及SMV的血流动力学参数两者比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:MSCTA及图像后处理技术能从不同方位显示PSPH侧支循环血管,优于CDUS,能为临床制订治疗方案提供有价值的诊断信息。

Multi-slice CT angiography in diagnosis of pancreatic regional portal hypertension
