| 摘 要： | 目的探讨3.0T磁共振对恶性纤维组织细胞瘤及转移瘤的成像特征,并分析其相应磁共振31P波谱特点。方法对10名健康成年人(对照组),6例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤患者(恶纤组)及8例转移瘤患者(转移瘤组)行3.0T磁共振常规扫描及单体素磷谱检查,分析其影像特征及代谢产物特点。结果与对照组比较,恶纤组磷酸肌酸(phosphocreatine,PCr)面积、总三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)、PCr峰高、PCr/无机磷(inorganicphosphorus,Pi)下降,磷酸单酯(phosphomonoesterase,PME)峰高、pH值、PME/三磷酸核苷(nucleoside triphosphate,NTP)、-βATP/Pi升高(P<0.05);转移瘤组PCr面积、PCr峰高、PCr/Pi、PCr/NTP、PCr/-βATP下降,pH值、PME/NTP、磷酸二酯/NTP升高(P<0.05);恶纤组及转移瘤组各代谢物及其相关比值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3.0T磁共振对恶性纤维组织细胞及转移瘤显像清晰,磷谱特征可帮助分析其肿块组织的生化信息。 |
