| Abstract: | Objective To learn the level of anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA) in cirumferential blood in 40 cases of deep venous thrombosis(DVT),discuss the occurring mechanism of venous thrombosis.Methods The writers performed a case-control study to detect ACA in 40 samples of DVT and 40 samples of control with ELISA.Results The level of ACA-IgM(0.52±0.35),ACA-IgG(0.78±0.42)in DVT group was much higher than the level of ACA-IgM(0.31±0.22),ACA-IgG(0.43±0.29) in control group(P<0.01).The total positive ratio of ACA in DVT group(52.5%) was much higher than that of(17.5%) was in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Maybe it can provide reference value to assay the level of ACA in patients of deep venous thrombosis. |
