羊水量过少对妊娠结局的影响

目的:分析羊水量过少对妊娠结局的影响,为优生优育提供参考。方法:未足月胎膜早破孕妇900例根据羊水量分为3组,羊水正常组(n=400)、羊水偏少组(n=300)和羊水过少组(n=200),对3组妊娠结局情况进行比较分析。结果:羊水过少组及羊水偏少组围产期感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组的羊膜腔感染率、早发新生儿败血症率及新生儿吸入性肺炎发生率均明显高于羊水正常组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。羊水过少组及羊水偏少组的胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害发生率明显高于羊水正常组(P均<0.05),3组围产儿呼吸衰竭、新生儿黄疸、新生儿低血糖等的发生率差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:羊水过少与羊膜腔感染、新生儿吸入性肺炎、新生儿早发性败血症、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、心肌损害的发生率增加有关,应加强对羊水量过少产妇的筛查及治疗,以降低感染与心脏损害。
