| 摘 要： | 目的:观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗肝硬化胆石症的疗效。方法:84例胆石症患者分成两组,胆石症伴肝硬化患者42例作为实验组,胆石症无伴肝硬化患者42例作为对照组,均择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,术后对两组的临床指标进行比较。结果:实验组的手术时间、术后住院时间较对照组明显延长(P<0.01);实验组围手术期并发症、术后并发症、院外并发症I、CU住院及输血例数较对照组明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:LC治疗胆石症合并肝硬化患者是安全的,术前应做好充分准备,操作技巧熟练,术后防治并发症,可提高治疗效果。
