手术室护士工作满意度影响因素的分析

摘    要:目的:探讨手术室护士工作满意度的影响因素,为提高护理质量提供科学依据。方法:采用护士工作满意度量表进行调查研究和资料收集,分析对手术室护士工作满意度有重要影响的因素。结果:本科学历护士对工作的满意度较低,与中专、专科学历护士相比有明显差别(2.21±0.61vs3.78±0.56、4.25±0.26,P<0.05);工作年限≥10年的工作满意度最高,工作年限≤3年者满意度较差,两者相比有明显差异(3.69±0.41vs2.23±0.52,P<0.05);<30岁的护士工作满意度较低,与其他年龄段护士工作满意度相比差异有统计学意义(2.43±0.38vs3.43±0.36、3.56±0.42,P<0.05);收入<1 000元的满意度较差,与收入>3000元及1000~3000元者工作满意度相比差异有统计学意义(2.23±0.52vs3.48±0.71 3.26±0.43,P<0.05);在每周工作时间上,≤36 h与36~48 h者工作满意度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),≤36 h与>48 h相比差异有统计学意义(3.54±0.65vs2.87±0.62,P<0.05)。手术室护士总满意度处于中等水平,"工资与补贴"和"个人及专业发展机会"得分较低,与总满意度相比差异有统计学意义(3.03±0.43vs2.05±0.43、2.15±0.32,P<0.05)。结论:手术室护士工作满意度的影响因素为"工资与补贴"和"个人及专业发展机会",适当增加护士工资待遇及改善个人发展空间,有利于护士工作满意度的提高。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate major factors affecting job satisfaction of nurses working in operating room in order to provide evidence for improving nursing quality.Methods: This a cross-sectional research with transformational subscale and job satisfaction measurement scale as survey tools,to analyze the major factors affecting OR nurses′ job satisfaction.Results: As compared with nurses graduated from vocational school or secondary college,those who held a bachelor degree showed significant lower job satisfaction scores(2.21±0.61 vs 3.78±0.56,4.25±0.26,P0.05);Nurses who have worked longer than 10 years showed significant higher scores than those worked for less than 3 years(3.69±0.41 vs 2.23 ±0.52,P0.05);nursed yonger than 30-year-old showed lower job satisfaction than other age groups(2.43±0.38 vs 3.43±0.36 and 3.56±0.42,P0.05).Nurses earned less than 1000 yuan per month were less satisfied than those earned more than 3 000 yuan or those earn ed 1000~3000 yuan(2.23±0.52 vs 3.48±0.71 and 3.26±0.43,P0.05).From aspect of working time,there was no significant difference in job satisfaction between those workless than 36 h and those have to work 36 ~ 48 h(P0.05),but significant difference were found among those who work less than 36h and those who had to work more than 48 h per week(3.54±0.65 vs 2.87±0.62,P0.05).The general level of job satisfaction score of the studied subjects was intermediate.Items of "salary and welfare" and "personal and professional development opportunities" showed the lowest job satisfaction,which was significant than the general score(3.03±0.43 vs 2.05±0.43 and 2.15±0.32,P0.05).Conclusions: Major factors affecting job satisfaction are "salary and welfare" and "personal and professional development opportunities" for nurses working in operation room,thus increase of wages and personal development are effective ways to improve nurse′s job satisfaction.
